Every web server automatically registers each access to our website. For system security reasons, when you visit a page at our website, our host’s web server stores your IP address, the date of your access, the URL, the contents you access and the information transferred during your visit. Your data provided as part of your application, will be stored in compliance with applicable laws and regulations for the time necessary within the application process, but no longer than 12 months after completion of the application process. If your application is successful, i.e. if you are employed in our company, the data you submitted will become part of your employee file in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Meconex AG assures to comply with Swiss data protection laws when processing any personal data transmitted by users. The personal data will not be forwarded to third parties, and it will be used for the sole purpose it has been provided for and then deleted.
